Return & Refund Policy for Paint Your Pain Away

At Paint Your Pain Away, we strive to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Items such as custom-painted canvases, personalized items, or digital downloads are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and the UK. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on location.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Damages
Paint Your Pain Away is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
